Four Wheel Drive (4WD) drivetrain system

TB1’s full-time 4WD all-steel drivetrain system features three differentials and allows for maximum traction and high efficiency power transfer from engine to tires. High Power 28cc gas-powered Engine

The TB1’s industry leading two-stroke High Output Power (HPO) 28cc engine blows our competitor’s 26cc and 23cc engines out of the water. Independent Full-Metal Suspension System

Four fully independent suspension arm/shock absorbers with 80 mm ground clearance make up the most impressive feature of the TB1. The huge suspension system has fully adjustable geometry (12-position rear shock absorbers, 14-position front shock absorbers, 3-position rear control arms, 2-position front control arms) and features massive long-travel coil-over 22mm diameter shock absorbers, CNC-machined alloy front/rear shock towers and high quality alloy control arms. The extra-large shocks feature thick springs, 6mm extra-thick shafts, anodized blue alloy caps, natural aluminum bodies, and conical pistons for soft bound and quick rebound. Spring pre-load is adjustable via clip-on spacers for ultimate precision and customization. Extra long travel, optimized oils, and conical pistons increase stability over rough and variable terrain. These shock absorbers are bigger than anything you’ll see on our competitor’s models!

Maximum Power Transfer Full-Metal Chassis

Our “Maximum Power Transfer” chassis system can take the most abuse of any chassis/suspension system out there. With a 4mm 6061-T6 aircraft-quality aluminum blue-anodized lightweight base plate, the internal components stay protected even from the worst terrain and most hostile conditions while maintaining a great power-to-weight ratio. Impacts are entirely transferred from the suspension system to the full-metal base plate and shock towers through thick front/rear suspension arms and shock absorbers. With tapered base plate edges for rigidity and CNC high-stress alloy front/rear chassis-brace system, collisions and impacts won’t bend the chassis and add stiffness for performance. The TB1 was meant for bouncing off boulders and running into anything!

For areas where durability is paramount, especially in the drivetrain and suspension/steering systems, only the best quality metal parts are used. The TB1 features an all-steel drivetrain (gears, differentials, clutch, differential casing, disc plates, axles, mounts), 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum base plate and suspension mounts, alloy chassis braces, alloy suspension system (control arms, shock towers, front plate, mounts, shock absorbers, hingepins), alloy steering system (steering knuckles, bellcrank, turnbuckles/tie-rods, steering linkage, rack bar) and high-quality metal hardware (nuts, bolts, screws). Full-Metal Hardened Transmission System
	For maximum power transfer with incredible durability and construction quality, nothing beats the TB1’s all steel transmission system. From the clutch all the way to the wheels, all components are made of industry leading high quality hardened steel. Features include three sealed viscous planetary differentials with spider gears and steel helical cut rings and pinions, extra-thick universal slider driveshafts, and 8.4:1 gear ratio. Sealed silicone oil differentials will make a huge difference over our competitors, increasing handling performance more than anything else besides tires.

High Quality Electronics and Radio System
Only the best servos and radio units go into our vehicles. Preinstalled electronics are of the highest quality and durability, with tightly sealed housing for reliability and protection. A long-range FM 27 MHz radio system allows for lightning-quick precision control with low power consumption and great interference-resistance for the most convenience possible.

Highlights include 8mm thick true-reverse thread turnbuckles for on-the-fly toe-in adjustment, CNC-machined alloy steering knuckles, all metal steering linkages and rack bar, beefed up bellcrank control system, and adjustable servo. Toe-in, caster, and camber adjustment is available. Most components are thicker than you will even find in aftermarket components!
