Your VVTEC product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from purchase date. If there are any defects with the materials, workmanship, or assembly of your product, we will gladly repair or replace it for you at our discretion. Products which have been worn out, abused or improperly operated will not be covered under warranty.

Normal wear, abuse, neglect, or any damage arising as a result of improper use.

VVTEC shall not be liable for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, arising from the use, misuse, or abuse of this product and any accessory or chemical required to operate this product.

DO NOT return this product without prior approval. Please note any returned product, which is inspected by our staff and is found to have an invalid warranty claim, may be subject to an inspection and handling fee before it can be returned. Any repairs made to this product resulting from neglect or misuse will be charged (parts and labor) before the work is started.

How long does it take for Customer Service to send out my part?
We try our best to process repairs as soon as they come in, most of the time simple items are shipped back the day after they come in. Shipping time depends on how you send it and where you are located. VVTec USA is in Washington, and VVTec Canada is in Vancouver, BC, Canada so ground shipping from the east coast can take around 5 days in each direction. The closer you are to Washington the quicker the item will be returned. International customs can sometimes delay the delivery by a few days. We don't work on weekends and holidays, so if you want to calculate the time it takes for a repair you must consider our weekend/holiday schedule.

ENGINE WARRANTY

In the event when your engine is defective it will be replaced. You have 2 months free engine replacement warranty. Broken motor DOES NOT need to be shipped back for fixing or replacing instead we will charge you engine fee and ship a new motor. Please refer to warranty Engine fee table below:

23cc Engine: 60.00 us

29cc Engine: 90.00 us

Nitro Engines: 30.00 us

Please note that labor is not included therefore you need to replace it yourself or get a VVTec dealer to do the job for you. We will recommend VVTec dealer or any Hobby shop within your proximity.

All warranty replacement parts are subject to availability. VVTEC is doing the best job to keep all parts in stock however for those rare moments when part is not available it will be ordered and shipped once we get it in stock. Wait time may range anywhere from 1 week to 9 weeks depending on each situation.
